Buleko 2000 Ltd. signed a grant agreement BG16RFOP002-2.040-0440-C01 with the Ministry of Economy
On January 17, 2020, “Buleko-2000” OOD signed a contract BG16RFOP002-2.040-0440-С01 for the provision of grant aid with the Ministry of Economy, with the subject – implementation of a project: “Improving the production capacity of “Buleko-2000″ OOD.”
The project aims to improve the production capacity of Buleko-2000 Ltd. for the manufacture of liquid detergents and cleaning products for domestic and professional use, as well as toilet cleaners. This will be achieved by introducing the following into the company’s production activities: 1 raw material dosing mixer, 1 inspection machine, 1 automatic product dosing system, a blister machine (1 unit), and packaging software (1 unit), which will enable the company to optimize and overcome bottlenecks in its production process, thereby improving key production processes, namely: mixing raw materials according to recipes, product dosing, inspection of finished products, primary and secondary packaging.
With the purchase of these assets, the processes of receiving raw materials and dosing products in the production of liquid products will be significantly improved. The inspection of bottled liquid products will be carried out fully automated with video cameras, not manually, at a productivity of 40 photos per second. In the secondary packaging stage of liquid products, software calculation of optimal packaging will be applied, which will lead to a reduction in production execution time.
The implementation of the project will be financed with funds under the Operational Program “Innovation and Competitiveness” 2014-2020, with the total investment amounting to BGN 266,222.87, of which BGN 186,356.00 is a grant from the Operational Program “Innovation and Competitiveness” 2014-2020 (BGN 158,402.60 European and BGN 27,953.40 national co-financing) and BGN 79,866.87 is own co-financing.
General objective of the project:
Increasing the production capacity of “Buleko – 2000” Ltd. by introducing new technological equipment and software.
Specific objectives of the project:
- Expanding the export capacity of Buleko-2000 Ltd. and
- Improving the production capacity of “Buleko – 2000” Ltd., through the purchase and commissioning of a Mixer for dosing raw materials – 1 pc., Inspection machine – 1 pc., Automatic product dosing system – 1 pc., Blister machine – 1 pc. and Packaging software – 1 pc.
Expected results:
- Increasing the production capacity for the manufacture of liquid products;
- Optimizing the production process in the manufacture of liquid products;
- Improving the efficiency of the production process due to time optimization
in the manufacture of liquid products;
