Buleko-2000 Ltd. is a candidate under procedure BG16RFOP002-2.040 “Improvement of
production capacity in SMEs,” with submitted project No. BG16RFOP002-2.040-0440 for
the provision of a grant, with the subject – project implementation:
“Improvement of the production capacity of Buleko-2000 Ltd.”
The project is aimed at improving the production capacity of Buleko-2000
Ltd. for the production of liquid laundry and cleaning detergents for household and professional
use, and WC cleaners.
The above-described will be achieved through the implementation into the
company’s production activities of a Raw Material Dosing Mixer – 1 unit,
Inspection Machine – 1 unit, Automatic Product Dosing System – 1 unit, Blister
Machine – 1 unit, and Packaging Software – 1 unit, which will allow the company to optimize and
overcome bottlenecks in its production process, thereby improving core
production processes, namely: mixing raw materials according to recipe, product dosing,
inspection of finished products, and primary and secondary packaging.
With the purchase of these
assets, the processes for receiving raw materials and dosing products in the production of liquid
products will be significantly improved. The inspection of bottled liquid products will be
carried out fully automatically with video cameras rather than manually, at a capacity of 40
frames per second. In the secondary packaging stage of liquid products, software-based
calculation of optimal packaging will be applied, which will lead to a reduction in production
lead times.
The total investment amount planned in the project proposal is BGN 266,
222.87, of which BGN 186,356.00 is a grant from the Operational Program
“Innovation and Competitiveness” 2014-2020 (BGN 158,402.60 European and BGN 27,953.40
national co-financing) and BGN 79,866.87 is own co-financing.
General objective of the project:
Increasing the production capacity of Buleko-2000 Ltd. through the introduction of new
technological equipment and software.
Specific objectives of the project:
- Expanding the export capacity of Buleko-2000 Ltd. and
- Improving the production capacity of Buleko-2000 Ltd. through
the purchase and commissioning of a Raw Material Dosing Mixer – 1
unit, Inspection Machine – 1 unit, Automatic Product Dosing System – 1
unit, Blister Machine – 1 unit, and Packaging Software – 1 unit.
Expected results:
- Increasing the production capacity for the manufacture of liquid products;
- Optimizing the production process in the manufacture of liquid products;
- Improving the efficiency of the production process due to time optimization
in the manufacture of liquid products;
